STUDENTS from Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam enjoyed a day to remember yesterday as Fitness Zone owner, Brunei-born Taiwan-based superstar, Wu Chun, visited the centre in Bengkurong to spend time with the students.

Apart from leaving behind fond memories by joining the special needs children during their classes and interacting with them, the visiting team comprising of Wu Chun and various trainers from Fitness Zone also proceeded to a handing over ceremony.

During the ceremony, the Taiwanese superstar presented three exercise equipments for Pusat Ehsan's perusal, received by the Policy and Planning Trustee of the centre, Hj Ahmad Hj Abd Rahman. 

Prior to the handing over ceremony the visitors were given the opportunity to learn more about the centre via a video presentation which highlighted the history and the various programmes Pusat Ehsan offers to its fellow students. 

The generous contribution comprised of a stability ball, a strider exercising equipment as well as a stepper exercising equipment.

According to Hj Abd Hamid Maaruf, Pusat Ehsan's head of administration, the donated exercising equipments will be useful for the rehabilitation sessions and fitness exercise programmes conducted by the centre., 

Hj Ahmad accompanied Wu Chun on a tour of the centre where the business owner spent time with the students of the centre in their respective afternoon classes.

Fitness Zone has been a major supporter of Pusat Ehsan, having previously donated an amount of $3,880 to the centre collected during a fund raising event to commemorate the opening of the company's latest branch in Serusop.

Yesterday's occasion was not the first time the Fitness Zone owner paid a visit to Pusat Ehsan, the star commented on the teachers'commitment and patience towards their students.

"Their involvement and what they do for the students is very touching and as a person and as a company, we shall always do our part to help those in need," Wu Chun said.

Wu Chun said Fitness Zone plans to be involved in helping the community and currently planning further charity programmes to help other private non-profit organisations from around the sultanate including Pusat Ehsan in the near future.

Bandar Seri Begawan - Pusat Ehsan in Bengkurong yesterday welcomed a very special guest - actor-singer Wu Chun.

During the visit, Wu Chun, who is also the Founder of Fitness Zone, presented a B$3,880 cheque, as well as three fitness equipment - a stability ball, a strider and a stepper - to the centre. 

The money was collected from a fund-raising activity that was held during the opening ceremony of Fitness Zone's new branch in Serusop earlier this year.

Wu Chun said he was deeply moved by the dedication and commitment shown by teachers working at Pusat Ehsan. "They are very passionate in teaching the students," he said.

"We should do our part in (serving) the community," he said, adding that his mother had always encouraged him to do charity work, particularly making donations to the less fortunate and those in need.

He expressed his hope that the new exercise machine at Pusat Ehsan would help in the rehabilitation programmes for students at the centre.

FITNESS ZONE健身房運動器材贈益善中心

（本報斯市7日訊）汶萊FITNESS ZONE健身房東主吳尊，今日中午捐贈健身運動器材予益善中心。

吳尊今日中午前往參觀益善中心，並進一步了解該中心，同時零距離與益善中心特殊兒童交流。

向來熱愛慈善活動的吳尊，也在今日中午的參訪活動上，移交數運動器材予益善中心，由該中心政策與策劃董事哈志阿末接收。

移交3千880元善款

此外，吳尊於今年2月份為其FITNESS ZONE第三間健身房主持開幕禮時，同時推行的一項慈善籌款活動，成功籌獲汶幣3千880元，也在今日中午的參訪活動上，將款項移交予益善中心。

吳尊首先是觀賞了有關益善中心的背景簡報短片，隨後先後參觀了益善中心特殊兒童教室，並與特殊兒童交流。

深受特殊兒童崇拜的吳尊，也與特殊兒童進行零距離的交流，接受特殊兒童的握手以及親手製作的手工藝品。

同時，吳尊在移交健身運動器材後，也親自示範與教導如何使用該健身運動器材。

吳尊在受訪時強調，社會上有許多不幸人士的存在，而健全的我們必須感到慶幸，同時也應該盡我們的全力，去關懷、關愛以及幫助這些需要大家關注的特殊人士。

捐贈運動器材 吳尊益善中心送暖 

(汶萊斯市7日訊)吳尊為善最樂，熱心國內公益事業，今送暖益善殘疾人中心。

今日中午12時，國際著名影星兼Fitness Zone健身中心東主吳尊前往探訪本古隆益善殘疾人中心，並與該中心的學員愉快交流，快樂互動。同時，他也捐贈運動器材予該中心，以作為該中心物理治療室的輔助器材。

據他透露，他將在近期再次離開汶萊，繼續其海外一連串的演繹事業發展，而這次的工作行程已經排滿，預計短時間內都沒有辦法回家（汶萊）。 

因此他想把握待在國內的時間，為本地的一些慈善機構或公益活動多出一份力，同時也希望透過此舉，可以引起更多的人關注本地的慈善團體，給予關心與幫助。

吳尊一行人抵達該中心時，獲得該中心的信託基金會董事哈芝阿瑪、職員及學員熱情迎接，在移交儀式後，吳尊觀看了該中心的活動影片後，參觀該中心的教室並與學員們親切交流。
